**Reflexiones desde Paris..."Cambios"

¡Cambios!¡Cambios!¡Cambios!¡Cambios!

Changes!Changes! Changes! Changes!

A veces (casi siempre) dan Miedo. Muchas veces ni dependen de nuestra voluntad, y nos tenemos que conformar con ellos, o a lo mejor no...

Para Raquel fue su enfermedad la que le hizo cambiar de vida, su manera de valorar las cosas, la que le hizo elegir el vivir sano...

Pues para mí los cambios llegaron cuando me fuí por primera vez a vivir al extranjero, a Niza, por mi Erasmus. 

¡Por cierto! No os he dicho que yo soy Federica. Soy italiana, y conocí a Raquel en nuestro Erasmus en la Cote D’Azur en ¡¡septiembre 2010!!

Ahora mismo llevo seis meses viviendo en París y mi jefe es Mickey Mouse... :)

Mi entrada "Cambios", trae de hecho un pqueño cambio a este blog, en el que voy a estar colaborando con mi amiguita española...¡siempre que no os aburra leerme! ;)

Como os estaba contando...El vivir lejos de mi casa, de mis amigos, de mis costumbres...Hizo que cambiase mucho mi personalidad, mi manera de ver el mundo, la importancia dada a las cosas...

No os escondo que para hacerlo necesité mucho valor, sobre todo para sobrevivir a esos momentos cuando necesitas un abrazo de alguien que te quiera de verdad y te conozca desde toda la vida. Pero merece la pena, porque ¡es increíble lo que te puede enriquecer el estar en contacto con culturas y cosumbres diferentes!

Asi que con mis **Reflexiones desde París... os iré contando mis experiencias con "lo diferente" y todo lo que me parezca interesante compartir con vosotras...para ¡¡nunca parar de añardir cosas a la maleta de nuestros conocimientos!! :)

Sometimes (almost always), they are scary. They often don't depend on our will and we need to accept and get used to them, or maybe not...

As for Raquel, what made her change her life, her way to give importance to things, what made her choose to live healthy, was her illness...

Well, as for me, changes came in my life when I left my home for the first time and I went to live abroad in Nice, for my Eramus.

Oh I forgot to tell you that I'm Federica. I'm Italian and I met Raquel at the Cote D'Azur in our Erasmus...It was September 2010!! 

I'm now living in Paris since April and my chief is Mickey Mouse!!

My post Changes, brings a change in this blog where I'm going to collaborate with my lovely Spanish friend...if this is not going to be boring for you to read me!! ;)

As I was telling you...going to live abroad, far away from my home, my friends, my customs...made me change a lot in my personality, in my way of seeing the world, of evaluating things...

I cannot hide that a lot of courage was necessary to do it, above all during those moments in which you need hug of somebody who really loves you and knows you since you were born!!

Anyway the experience really worth it because you can't believe how much you can learn being in contact with different cultures and habits!!

So with my **Reflections from Paris...I'll be talking to you about my experiences with "the diverse" and about everything I'll find interesting to share with you, in order to never stop adding things in the baggage of our knowledge!! :)

¡Hola Chicas! Hoy estoy especialmente contenta con esta entrada... :)

Os presento a mi amiga Federica. Es una de mis mejores amigas y desde que nos conocimos hace ya varios años...somos inseparables :)

Nos conocimos durante nuestra experiencia Erasmus en la Costa Azul Francesa, concretamente viviamos en unos pueblecitos que están entre Niza y Cannes. Se llaman Antibes y Juan les Pins. 

La foto de la playa eran las vistas que tenía cada mañana desde mi habitación...asi que imaginad como estuve durante mi estancia alli...¡en el paraíso! Desde que nos conocimos no hemos parado de hacer cosas juntas...y aunque ahora estamos separadas por vivir en distintos paises...hablamos a diario.

Bueno voy a lo que voy...que empiezo a recordar los viejos tiempos...y se me va lo que os quería contar ;) 

Os presento a Federica por que cuando le conté lo del blog le encantó la idea. A ella le encanta escribir y lo hace fenomenal. 

La inspiración que me sirvió para escribir este blog fue el cambio radical de vida que hice tras mi enfermedad; pero todo el mundo se enfrenta a cambios en su día a día por muy diversos motivos y me gustaría que eso también se reflejase en el blog. Cuántas más experiencias...¡mejor!

Hablando con Federica, en una de nuestras conversaciones interminables y filosóficas...le dije que por qué no colaboraba en el blog de vez en cuando...y ¡aceptó! :)

En los próximos días publicaremos su primera entrada y esperamos que os guste. Ella ve lo ilusionada que estoy con el recibimiento que me habéis dado...y eso es lo que le ha hecho lanzarse :)

Hi Sweeties! Today Im so exciting with this post... :)

I would like to introduce you to my friend Federica. Since we met each other...she is one of my best friends :)

We met during our Erasmus programme in  Côte d'Azur in France. We lived in two small villages between Nice and Cannes called Antibes and Juan les Pins.

The picture of the beach are the views I used to see from my room...I was in paradise! Since we met we are always doing plans together...even if we are in different countries now...we talk daily.

Well...I will go to the point I want to tell you about... ;)

When I told Federica about my blog she loved the idea. She loves writing and she does it pretty well.

My inspiration when I started to write the blog was my change of lifestyle after my illness; but everybody has changes in their lifes for different reasons. I would like to show this on my blog. More experiences....better blog!

Talking with Federica during one of our endless and philosophical conversations...I asked her about writing some post for the blog...and she liked the idea! :)

We will publish her first post very soon and we hope you like it. She knows Im very exciting with my blog...and thats why she also wants to take part in  :)
